VOOPOO Vmate Pro 25W Pod Kit
The Vmate Pro sits in the middle of the line: 5-25W adjustable instead of a single fixed output, a digital screen so you can actually see what the device is doing, and a 900mAh battery in a 97 x 28 x 14mm aluminum body. It ships with two pods at different resistances, which means you can try both draws before buying anything else.
- 5-25W adjustable, driven by VOOPOO's GENE chipset

- Digital display screen, draw activated firing
- 3ml pod with an integrated coil, magnetic connection
- Aluminum alloy body, 97 x 28 x 14mm

Pods That Fit
| Pod | Resistances | Fill | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| VMate V2 Pod | 0.7ohm mesh, 1.2ohm GENE Helix | Side fill | The pods the kit ships with. Single or 2-pack |
| VMate Top Fill Pod | 0.4ohm, 0.7ohm, 1.0ohm | Top slide fill | The newer family pod. Sold as a 2-pack |
One caveat on the top-fill pod: VOOPOO rates the 0.4ohm for 18-30W, and this device caps at 25W. It will fire, but only at the bottom of its band. On the Vmate Pro use the 0.7ohm Top Fill, or the 0.7ohm and 1.2ohm V2 pods.
Which Resistance to Start With
| Resistance | Best For |
|---|---|
| 0.7ohm mesh | Freebase e-liquid, looser mouth-to-lung, denser vapor |
| 1.2ohm GENE Helix | Nic salt, tighter and cooler mouth-to-lung |
Both come in the box, so start with the 1.2ohm if you are running salt e-liquid and switch to the 0.7ohm when you want more vapor.

Why Shop VOOPOO at Central Vapors
The coil is built into the pod, so when it is spent you swap the whole pod rather than rebuild anything. We keep both V2 resistances on the shelf next to the kit. Central Vapors has been filling vape orders since 2013, and every order is backed by our satisfaction guarantee.
Common Questions
| Q |
Can I replace just the coil?
No. The coil is integrated into the pod, so you replace the pod as a unit. That is the normal wear part on this kit.
|
| Q |
Which pods fit the Vmate Pro?
Both family pods. VOOPOO lists the Vmate Pro as taking the VMate V2 pod in 0.7ohm or 1.2ohm, which is what the kit ships with, and the VMate Top Fill pod in 0.7ohm. Leave the 0.4ohm Top Fill alone on this device: VOOPOO rates it for 18-30W and the Vmate Pro tops out at 25W.
|
| Q |
Does it use nic salt or freebase?
Either. The 1.2ohm pod suits salt e-liquid, the 0.7ohm suits freebase.
|
| Q |
How is this different from the Vmate Max?
The Vmate Max runs to 30W on a 1200mAh battery and uses the top-fill pod out of the box. The Pro tops out at 25W on 900mAh and ships with the side-fill V2 pods.
