Shipping Restrictions 

Due to recent regulations certain states and locations have shipping/ discount restrictions or bans. Please visit our shipping restrictions page HERE to see if current restrictions for your location. 

 

Shipping and Handling

In accordance with Federal jurisdiction and laws, all orders will require the use of Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette related products. To receive this package, the recipient is required to show a proper form of government photo identification to the delivery employee for age confirmation.

The Adult Signature service requires an additional charge and the rates will be reflected in the shipping costs during the checkout process.

 

 

Age Verification 

*If you don't complete your age verification immediately after placing your first order, it may delay the shipment of your order.*

 -  As of August 8th, 2016 we have started completing age verification's for each customer who places an order containing electronic cigarette products or related accessory. The FDA began regulating the vapor industry deeming all ecigs and accessories under the classification of a "tobacco products". As a result, all online orders now require age verification. If you skipped this verification step we may attempt to verify your identity through an alternative method.

 - Your order will not be shipped until you can be age verified. 

 - We reserve the right to cancel/ not accept an order from an individual who we feel may have attempted to bypass or "trick" our verification system. 

 -  If you are unable to or do not wish to complete this step, please let us know we'll be happy to help you navigate the form or cancel your order if desired.  

 

 

 Order Processing Time

Orders will be processed and shipped within 48hrs if placed Monday- Friday before 12:00PM CST unless otherwise stated on our homepage. 

If you place your order after 12PM CST on Friday, your order may not ship until the next business day. Please note these processing times only apply if your account has already been age verified, or if you submit the age verification at the time of order placement. Order processing times may be extended if we have not received your verification.

Delivery of your package

In almost all cases the delivery of your package goes seamlessly as expected, however in the event that your package didn't arrive please feel free to contact us. We do ask that you allow ample time for the delivery to completed, we usually allow an additional 7 days for the carrier to work out any issues on their end and complete the delivery before we take any resolution action. In the meantime you can take action on your end by checking with your immediate neighbors, checking with your carrier if you're able to catch them during the next delivery, calling your local office to see if they can provide the gps location for delivery (most carriers scanners are gps enabled), or lastly starting the process of a claim so they can investigate further on their end. 

 

International shipping costs and transit times vary by location, and will be shown at the time of checkout

Note to international customers, you take responsibility for the shipping costs in the event that the package is returned or confiscated. Please be aware of your regions policies and order accordingly. If items are returned Central Vapors, we will refund the items ordered, but not the shipping cost. If the entire order is confiscated or destroyed then we will not be able to complete a refund. USPS does not fully support international shipping, so keep in mind there will be limited tracking available for this service.
