SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping and Handling

 

  • For our domestic customers we're proud to offer a flat rate shipping fee so you can get your order without paying an arm and a leg just for shipping! Same rate no matter what you add to your cart.

 

  • Your order may qualify for FREE* shipping if your subtotal is $50 or over! If you choose the free shipping option, your order will default to ship out using either the USPS First Class shipping method or USPS Priority mail, depending on the weight of your order. 

 

  • If your order exceeds $50, you have the option to choose FREE shipping at the time of checkout. You also have the option to still choose all our other shipping services if you need an expedited method. 

 

  • Our international customers have the option to choose USPS First Class or our DHL Express shipping options. USPS may not show full tracking when shipping internationally and can be up to 21 business days. DHL provides complete and up to date tracking and provides typical transit times of 5 business days. Shipping fees with both of these methods are based off the weight of the items purchased. 

 

 * GALLONS OF PG AND VG WILL HAVE A FIXED ADDED SHIPPING CHARGE. EVEN IF YOUR ORDER QUALIFIES FOR FREE SHIPPING, YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE FOR EACH GALLON PURCHASED. DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS ONLY. 

 

 

Age Verification

 

**If you do not complete your age verification immediately after placing your first order, it could delay the shipment of your order.**

 

 

  • As of August 8th, 2016 we have started completing age verification's for each customer who places an order containing electronic cigarette products or related accessory. The FDA began regulating the vapor industry deeming all ecigs and accessories under the classification of a "tobacco products". As a result, all online orders now require age verification. If you skipped this verification step we may attempt to verify your identity through an alternative method.

 

 

  • Your order will not be shipped until you can be age verified. 

 

  • We reserve the right to cancel/ not accept an order from an individual who we feel may have attempted to bypass or "trick" our verification system. 

 

  • If you are unable to or do not wish to complete this step, please let us know we'll be happy to help you navigate the form or cancel your order if desired.

Order Processing Time

Orders will be shipped same day if placed Monday- Friday before 12:00PM CST. 

If you place your order after 12PM CST on Friday, your order may not ship until the next business day. Please note these processing times only apply if your account has already been age verified, or if you submit the age verification at the time of order placement. Order processing times may be extended if we have not received your verification.

International shipping costs and transit times vary by location, and will be shown at the time of checkout

Note to international customers, you take responsibility for the shipping costs in the event that the package is returned. Please be aware of your regions policies and order accordingly. If items are returned Central Vapors, we will refund the items ordered, but not the shipping cost. If the entire order is confiscated or destroyed then we will not be able to complete a refund. 

 

* DHL Shipments - DHL does not complete pickups on the weekend, therefore if an order is placed on a Thursday after the cutoff time or Friday, and processing is not completed prior to their early morning pickup, the package may not leave the facility until the next business day.
