Do you accept returns on vape products?
Yes! We want you to not only be satisfied with our vape products, but also provided with continuous support! We understand that sometimes you will get an e-juice flavor you just absolutely don’t like. We accept returns, so please see our returns page to fill out an online return request or contact us for further information
What if I didn't like the Ejuice flavor?
We will be more than happy to exchange any e-juice flavor you were dissatisfied with or refund your payment. As we mentioned, customer happiness is our #1 goal!
What happens if I receive the wrong product?
Here at Central Vapors, we aim for 100% accuracy. However, we are human and sometimes we make mistakes. If this happens, please notify us as soon as possible and we will promptly correct your order.
Your order is eligible for a return, refund or replacement if:
- It has been no longer than 14 business days since your order was delivered.
- At least 85% of Ejuice remaining in container.
- You received an incorrect item.
- Your item/s are defective.
- You are not satisfied with the Ejuice*.
*We ask that you do not purchase the 250ml (bulk size or larger) ejuices without FIRST trying it in a smaller size. We cannot refund or replace these large bottles in that case.
If your return meets these requirements
1. Please specify the problem with the Electronic Cigarette product and what you would like to happen with your return, i.e. (Replacement, refund). If your requesting a replacement Ejuice please specify which flavor.
2. Once we receive your message, we will contact you regarding your return.
3.You will be provided with a prepaid postage label, that will be sent to the email that the order was placed under.
4. Print out the attached Pre Paid postage label in the email that we will send if your return is approved. Attach it to a small envelope or box, and drop off the package at your local USPS office.
5. Track your return with the number on the label.
6. Once we receive your return, we will be able to proceed with the action requested.
NOTE: If you choose to ship the items yourself, we cannot reimburse the postage that you paid. Ask your shipper to provide you with a tracking number. Central Vapors is not responsible for the loss of returns if you shipped the package yourself.
- Items MUST be returned to receive replacements or credit.
- Unopened or defective hardware can be returned for a full refund, if return process is started within 14 days of delivery date.
- If you are unhappy with the eliquid flavor that you received, we will replace it with a different ejuice of equal value or provide credit to your store account.
