Shop at Central Vapors knowing your always covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed return policy encompassing Ejuice and Electronic cigarette products. We gladly accepts returns of new, unopened electronic devices purchased on our website for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. (excludes wholesale bulk eJuice) Refunds are subject to varying considerations including the potential inclusion or exclusion of the original shipping costs. 



Do you accept returns on vape products?

Yes! We want you to not only be satisfied with our vape products, but also provided with continuous support! We understand that sometimes you will get an e-juice flavor you just absolutely don’t like. We accept returns, so please see our returns page to fill out an online return request or contact us for further information



What if I didn't like the Ejuice flavor?

We will be more than happy to exchange any e-juice flavor you were dissatisfied with or refund your payment. As we mentioned, customer happiness is our #1 goal!



What happens if I receive the wrong product?

Here at Central Vapors, we aim for 100% accuracy. However, we are human and sometimes we make mistakes. If this happens, please notify us as soon as possible and we will promptly correct your order.



Returns, refunds or replacements are eligible if:

- It has been no longer than 30 business days since your order was delivered.
- You received an incorrect item.
- Received defective Product.
- Not satisfied with the Ejuice(not bulk).
- Approximately 75% of the ejuice is remaining.
- Bulk eJuices are NOT eligible for REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS/EXCHANGES.


Order Cancellations:

You may Cancel your order at Anytime for a full refund ONLY PRIOR to Shipment, after having been shipped, you may still receive a refund however you must Return the Merchandise.


If your return meets these requirements

- Please provide as much information as possible when requesting a return.
- Please let us know if you are requesting a RETURN or REPLACEMENT
- We will email you a prepaid postage label Free of charge to ship your product back
- When we receive your return, your REPLACEMENT or REFUND will be issued

- If you've been issued a replacement item but did not complete your return within 30 days, you may be charged for the replacements that were issued
