What's the difference between Mesh and Regular coils?
Mesh coils (the VM and TW series) heat more evenly across a wider surface, which usually means brighter flavor and a faster ramp-up. Regular coils use a classic wire-wrapped build and tend to run at lower wattage.

How do I know if I want DL or MTL?
DL (direct lung) is a big, airy draw straight to the lungs, like pulling through a straw — that's the sub-0.5Ω coils at higher wattage. MTL (mouth to lung) is a tighter draw you hold in your mouth first, closer to a cigarette — that's 0.8Ω and up at lower wattage.

Do I need to prime a new coil before using it?
Yes. Apply a few drops of e-liquid directly to the exposed wicking holes and let it sit 5-10 minutes before your first vape, so the cotton fully saturates. Firing a dry coil can scorch the wick immediately.

AThey're the same coil family in different resistances (ohms), each tuned for a different style — they all fit the same tank/pod. Lower-ohm coils (about 0.2–0.4Ω) are sub-ohm: run them at higher wattage for warm, big direct-lung clouds. Higher-ohm coils (about 0.8–1.2Ω and up) run at lower wattage for a tighter mouth-to-lung draw, cooler vapor, and longer battery life. So pick the resistance that matches the wattage and draw you like, and stay within each coil's recommended wattage range for the best flavor and coil life. QHow do I prime a new coil or pod before I use it?

ASaturate the wick first: add 3–5 drops of e-liquid onto the exposed cotton holes on the coil, install it, fill the tank/pod, then wait 5–10 minutes before your first puff. A few gentle primer puffs (device off, or at low power) help pull liquid into the wick. Always refill before it runs low. This is the #1 way to avoid a burnt taste. — Central Vapors

AAlmost always it's an un-primed coil or too-high wattage. Before first use, prime it: put a few drops of e-liquid directly on the cotton wicking holes, fill the tank/pod, and let it sit 5–10 minutes so the cotton fully saturates. Start at the LOW end of the coil's wattage range and work up. Keep your e-liquid above the wicking ports so the coil never runs dry — dry hits are what scorch the cotton. — Central Vapors

    the past few time I've purchased these coils I've only been able to get 4 out of the pack of 5, which meant every time they fulfilled my order they had to rip just a single one off every time and I know its probably getting tiring to deal with lol why not just buy all 5 right. well I'm writing this review to specifically say thank you to Nate (I think is the name?) for putting up with that on my past orders. it's not much but thanks for working with me and my temporary budget lol. and of course the coils are just what you expect so nothing bad to write there :)

    Ordered the .2 mesh coils, waited 2 weeks after it was "shipped" even with express shipping just to get the .15 ohm that leak. Sadly disappointed considering I order from here all the time.

    Just like everyone else has reviewed, these coils are not authentic. Half of them did not fit and the other half had a bad burnt flavor. Centralvapors did send me another pack which I had better luck with, but I would not order the VM1's again. I just ordered a pack of VM6 so hopefully these will be real.

    I ordered these coils all the time I've never ordered from this company Central Vapors, but the price was good so I ordered three boxes of replacement coils they came in and decent amount of time I have already gone through all 15 coils in a little less than a week probably because none of them fit right I've had maybe three of them that actually fit the other ones you push into the tank and they pop right back out and the three that I did have actually fit didn't sit right and then within I'd say half a day of not constant vaping vaping for maybe an hour a day totally burnt burning my throat worst coil experience I've ever had I don't know if they repurpose their coils or if they I don't know but they were horrible I will never order from this company again. I've never had this trouble ordering coils from any other company as I'm reading other reviews I see I'm not the only one that's had this issue with this company.

    My Voopoo came with two coils, one of which being the PnP-VM1. I really liked it and ordered a pack of replacements. Unfortunately none of them will fully seat in the pod. I tried all 5. I was able to get them to fit by removing the red rubber gasket inside the coil but the chemical taste it produces is nauseating. I'm hoping this was just an issue with the production run mine came from.

    I grabbed the VM1 coils not realizing they wouldn't work with the Voopoo Argus. Make sure the Resistance is compatible with your device. You need to scroll down on the product page for details on each Coil.
