Well flavored, hits nicely and don't get mouth desensitized to quickly

I ordered a 0 nicotine but when I started vaping it it clearly had nicotine and not a low dose either. It was so strong even my husband who does nicotine couldn't use it. On the bottle it was clearly marked 0 nicotine so I'm not sure how this happened.
