Central Vapors Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Central Vapors, LLC. ("Central Vapors," "we," "us," and "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on centralvapors.com and our related wholesale site cvwholesalejuice.com (together, the "Sites"), in our emails, and in connection with the services we offer. It describes what these technologies are, the specific ways we use them, the partners involved, and the choices you have. Please read it alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more broadly.
If you have any questions about this Cookie Policy, email us any time at info@centralvapors.com.

1.What Cookies & Similar Technologies Are
A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your computer or phone so it can recognize your device the next time you visit. Cookies let our Sites remember things like the items in your cart, whether you're signed in, and the cookie choices you've made. A cookie can't run programs, read other files on your device, or access cookies set by other companies' websites.
We also use a few related technologies that work much like cookies: pixels (also called web beacons — tiny, invisible images that tell us whether a page was viewed or an email was opened) and browser storage (small amounts of data your browser keeps to make features work). Throughout this policy, when we say "cookies" we mean all of these technologies together.
Cookies we set ourselves are "first-party" cookies. Cookies set by the partners and tools we work with are "third-party" cookies. Most cookie data is not personally identifying on its own; if we ever combine it with information that identifies you (such as your account), we handle that combined information under our Privacy Policy.
2.The Cookies We Use & Why
Our store runs on the BigCommerce platform, and we group cookies into four categories — the same ones you'll see in the cookie-preferences banner on our Sites. Essential cookies are always on because the store can't function without them; the other three categories are optional, and you can switch them on or off at any time (see Managing Your Cookie Choices). The partners named below are examples of who we work with in each category and may change over time.
Essential (always active)
These keep the Sites working and secure and can't be turned off. They support core shopping functions — keeping your cart, signing you in, securely processing payments through our gateway (Authorize.Net), age verification, fraud prevention, content delivery and security via our network provider (Cloudflare), and remembering the cookie preferences you set.
Analytics & Performance
These help us understand how shoppers use the Sites — which pages and products are popular, how people arrive, and where something isn't working — so we can keep improving. We use tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, along with on-site experience-testing tools such as Visual Website Optimizer. The information is used in aggregate and is not used to personally identify you.
Functional
These remember your choices and power helpful extras. Examples include our live-chat support (Gorgias), back-in-stock notifications (InStockNotify), our Cloud Club rewards program (Smile.io), customer reviews and ratings (Trustpilot and similar review tools), and email and on-site personalization (Klaviyo). If you turn these off, some features may not work as well.
Advertising & Targeting
These help us measure our marketing, show offers that are more relevant to you, and credit the partners who refer customers to us — for example our affiliate-tracking partner, Awin. They may be set by third parties, can limit how often you see a given promotion, and help measure how our campaigns perform. You can opt out of this category at any time using the controls in Managing Your Cookie Choices, and you can review how we treat advertising data in our Privacy Policy.
3.How Long Cookies Last
Some cookies are session cookies, which are deleted automatically when you close your browser. Others are persistent cookies, which stay on your device until they expire or you delete them. How long a persistent cookie lasts depends on its job — a preference cookie may last months, while a security cookie may last only a short time.
4.Managing Your Cookie Choices
You're in control of the optional cookies. You can manage them in several ways:
- Our cookie banner. When you first visit, the cookie-preferences banner lets you accept or customize the Analytics, Functional, and Advertising categories. You can reopen it and change your choices at any time; Essential cookies remain on because the store needs them.
- Your browser. Most browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the Sites from working. General guidance is available at allaboutcookies.org.
- Analytics opt-out. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Interest-based ads. You can opt out of participating advertising networks through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info or youradchoices.com/control, and the Network Advertising Initiative at thenai.org. On a phone or tablet, you can reset or limit your device's advertising identifier in your device settings.
- "Do Not Track" & similar signals. Some browsers can send "Do Not Track" (DNT) or "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) signals. Because there is still no common industry standard for how these must be handled, our Sites do not currently respond to them automatically — please use the cookie banner and the opt-outs above to manage tracking.
5.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in the law. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and we'll provide a more prominent notice if the changes are significant.
6.Contact Us
