The Vision Spinner 2 also comes fully equipped with its own convenient built in battery meter charge indicator. When fully charged the button illuminates white, at half charge the color changes to blue and below a 30% charge it turns orange indicating low battery and a recharge is soon required.
The Vision Spinner 2 Variable Voltage battery has four distinct safety features:

Short Circuit Protection: In case of a short circuit, the battery will automatically shut down. It will turn on again once the current is back to normal.

Atomizer Protection: If you press the button for 8 seconds, the battery will lock itself until you press the button again.

Low Voltage Protection: When the battery voltage drops to below 3.3 volts, the battery will shut down to protect your device.

Over-Discharge Protection: The Spinner battery will automatically turn off upon discharge to prevent it from overly depleting the power. The LED light will flash 5 times to remind you to charge your battery.

The Vision Spinner also has a 5-click on/off safety feature that prevents accidental activation when your ecig is stored in your pocket or purse.
Charging time is 2-3 hours. Vaping at a higher voltage will drain the battery faster. It is highly recommended that you start at 3.3 volts and increase the settings gradually until the vapor hits your sweet spot.

All three of the packages had the same scratch off security code numbers. So they aren't actually licensed / manufactured from Vision/Vapros (who ever they actually are anymore?). This isn't entirely the main issue.
REVIEW: There are so many cloned versions of these things, I don't even know if any of these things we buy online are legit at this point. The buttons are flimsy. The buttons feel like if I pressed them too hard they might break or something. The voltage pigeon selector doesn't turn smoothly. You can feel the metal grinding inside as it turns. So that's probably not going to last long if you fidget with it too much like a person who just quit smoking. The units I received power up and charge. They seem to be functioning. I haven't tested how long the battery lasts. Does it really matter at this point? Does anything really matter?
CONCLUSION: I don't have a problem with companies selling clones of the Spinner II, that train left the station a while ago. It would be –more respectable– if this was written in the product description that this batch of Spinners are clones of lesser quality. It would be -more fair- to consumers and the actual people selling actual legit Spinner IIs for $25-35. I feel like I could have made this review more scathing? -

When utilized with a quality dual coil tank, the Vision Spinner II provides maximum value for the dollar. Reliable battery holds charge for lengthy periods even with heavy use. If you're looking for a giant vapor cloud, try a mod, but if you need an inconspicuous puff at work or in the company bathroom, this won't set off any alarms!

Getting right to get to the point, it vapes great with all my flavors, I can crank up the power to work with several other tanks and this is one of the lowest cost for a great vape pen battery.
