These were picked for me and are the wrong coils.

They worked as well as the Originals.

The .2ohm heads were aggravating me. Not much vapor which equals no flavor. I put in a .15ohm dual coil head. I've never been a dual coil fan. These heads unlike the TFV8 heads are different sizes. This head is HUGE!! 2 big coils inside. Great vapor production and flavor. I like these over the .33ohm heads because I'd rather use 85W at 3.5V (.15) than 85W at 5.5V (.33). The airflow can be adjusted for warmer or cooler vape. No wonder these are always sold out!!
I've tried them all now. .33ohm are excellent & long lasting, .2ohm are meh, .15ohm dual are my favorite. I'm pretty sure these will last long because duals use ½ the wattage on each coil. Best heads I've ever used in 10 years vaping. Incredible upgrade from TFV8 coil heads. My TFV18 Mini Tank has not leaked a drop.

Unbelievably, I got close to 4,000 great tasting, huge cloud, draws off the .33ohm (actually .31ohm) heads. About a month!! They are liquid guzzlers though. The .20ohm (actually .22ohm) coils are less flavorful with less vapor production & hence less liquid use. Less Wattage needed but being over resistance they need more than recommended 60W. More like 68W compared to .33ohm's 85W. Doubt I'll get 4,000 draws off these. Not as much mesh. So which one is better? It depends on what your looking for. If you love HUGE clouds & flavor & don't care about liquid use, the .33ohm. Both are great upgrades from TFV8 Baby Beast coil heads!!
Still have the .15ohm dual coil to try. I'll be back.......

I bought the TFV18 with a few .33ohm replacement heads. Changed out pre-installed .2ohm head with one. Wow!! The coil inside is HUGE & much wider than .2ohm. Takes allot of wattage to heat this baby up. I'm using 85W on Powerful setting with Aegis X. Heats to 95W for a second, then, back to 85W. Fantastic flavor & big clouds (they kinda go together)!!
I bet this head lasts at least a month. I'll leave reviews for the .2ohm & .15ohm(dual coil) as I use them. If you have a 2 Cell Mod that'll handle about 100W @ 6V go for it. Big upgrade from TFV8 Heads, which are also great!!

Great coils. Only issue is they're hard to find in stick.
