33. Hard to remove pod

    The pod is terribly difficult to remove, when push down all the way (you'll feel a little click). It's so tight that grabbing the pod between the thumb & pointer finger, creates a soreness on the outer side of the pointer finger. I would recommend pushing the pod in enough, to where it does not snap in. Once snapped in, you'll need a rubber grip to pull out. Battery life and the mouthpiece are so-so. Vape experience is not smooth at all. Best option would be to simply purchase the Caliburn G2 instead (better everything!).

    I have been vaping for 10 years this is the best vape yet. I bought one for my Son who has tried to quit cigrettes but could not find a vap he liked and he loves this one and has quit cigrettes.

    I've tried a lot of pod vape kits and for me this is one. It hits on all the points with adjustable airflow, LED screen with adjustable wattage and battery meter, tank is plenty big enough, and the LP1 coils are reasonably priced and easy to find online. Battery life is great, usually last 2-3 days on a charge and it recharges fast with the USB C connection. If you're looking for a good all around no mess, no fuss pod vape then you'll like this one. I usually vape between 30mg-50mg salt nic juice in it and get between 800-1200 puffs out of a coil depending on the juice. Oh and bonus, it does have a puff counter too!

    With the ridiculous vape laws, it can be very difficult to purchase hardware (and close to impossible to purchase E-Juice online). This is one of the reasons why SMOK's Novo 4 is a good choice of hardware. It's a reliable pod system which is affordable and easy to use. My 2 complaints should
    be easy for SMOK to fix. You need patience while filling the pods. Otherwise there can be a little overflow of juice. Additionally, it would be great if the Pod could be larger so it would hold more juice. But, all things considered, the Novo 4 is a good device.

    The Novo 4 gives me everything that I want from an e-vape: flavor is perfect and it makes tons of billowing clouds. The only problems I am having is the lack of empty pods to fit the Novo 4. I'm constantly refilling the original pod.

    I love this pod kit and have had no problems with it but when I tried to order extra coils and pods, I found that I was able to order the coils but not the pods and the pods from the other Smok devices don't work with this one. This is disappointing. I hope they are able to stock the replacement pods soon.

39. Update to Customer Service Lacking

    Central Vapors replaced my lost order which I received yesterday. I wish I could undo my 1 star review. They really did follow through other than neglecting to provide me with a confirmation and shipping information.
    I like everything about this pod system except not being able to see the vape juice level without pulling the pod. It's easy to fill and adjust the wattage, comfortable to hold and produces great flavor. I've been using Caliburn G which is also a great device but so far, the Smok Novo 4 delivers a more consistent taste. Hopefully that won't diminish over time. Very happy with my purchase

40. Customer Service Lacking

    I wish I could review it, never received it. Reached out to customer service, supposedly being replaced. I was told I would see shipping information with a new tracking number yesterday. That never happened. Unfortunately, I will probably have to dispute the charge on my credit card for this product.
