    Bought this for my nephew who's trying to cut back on cigarettes. He needed something that didn't need a lot of attention, and had no power button, as he would be carrying it in his pocket. He's loving it, hasn't had a cigarette in a week. Also bought him the other Novo so he has a backup, he really likes them.

    I've been using SMOK Novo since i decided to give up smoking the stinky cigarettes that made me cough a lot.
    After a lot of research i gave Novo a try and i couldn't be happier. I love the size, color choices, and ease of use. The only thing i wish that it had a removable/replacable battery so i wouldn't have to throw it away when its dead.

28. Vape does not connect to pods

    This vape worked for about two weeks and then the pods started to not connect to the device. I have to constantly adjust the pod. The first one I bought completely stopped responding to the pod after about three months. I have a hard time justifying spending $35 on something that does not last that long.

29. Not What I'd Hoped For

    I bought two of these to replace my Juuls that were supposed to be banned. Filled the pods on both with different flavors and both of them leak on whatever they are lying on. It's truly awful to get the liquid in one's mouth when you take a hit off these. They burn through the liquid so quickly that I had to refill it at least once a day. In my opinion, this purchase was a waste of money.
    Shipping took forever. I also ordered products from California, much further from Kansas than Texas, and got that order in three days. It took nine days to get this order. DHL as a carrier is just a joke. Pay the extra money and use a company that gets people their orders in a timely manner for heavens sake. Unfortunately, due to my bad experience with shipping and products, I'm forced to look elsewhere for what I want. I'm sure others have better opinions and I wish them and this company the best regardless.
