GeekVape Aegis Hero & H45 Pod Kit
GeekVape's Aegis Hero line is the pod kit built to take a beating — IP-rated against water, dust, and drops, wrapped in a rugged shell, and running the same B-series coils across the whole family. This listing covers all three generations: the original Aegis Hero, the H45 (Aegis Hero 2), and the H45 Classic. Pick your version from the drop-down above.

Aegis Hero (the original)
The one that started the line. A compact IP67 device that runs off a built-in 1200mAh battery and the AS Chipset buckboost system, so it pulls full power even when the charge is getting low. The 4ml top-fill pod attaches magnetically and stays leak-free, and the dual-slot airflow ring lets you dial in an MTL or DTL draw. Small in the hand, tough in the pocket.

H45 (Aegis Hero 2)
The second-gen upgrade. GeekVape swapped in a metallic shell that shrugs off scratches and knocks better than the original, bumped the battery to 1400mAh, and fitted a much bigger 0.96” display so you can actually read your wattage at a glance. Same 4ml pod, same B-series coils, now with USB-C rapid charging.

H45 Classic
The dressed-up member of the family. The Classic wraps a silicone coating and textured leather around the same H45 internals for a more premium feel, and steps the rating up to IP68 for extra protection against water, dust, and drops. Lightest of the three at 91.3g, with the same 1400mAh battery, 0.96” screen, and USB-C charging as the Hero 2.

FAQ
| Q |
What's the difference between the Aegis Hero and the H45?
The H45 is the Aegis Hero 2 — the second generation. It steps up to a 1400mAh battery, a larger 0.96” screen, a metallic shell, and USB-C charging over the original's composite body and USB port. Coils, the 4ml pod, and the 5–45W range all stay the same.
|
| Q |
What coils does the Aegis Hero H45 use?
The GeekVape B-series coil range. They press-fit straight into the 4ml pod — no threading — and the pod clicks on magnetically. The same coils fit every version in this listing.
|
| Q |
Is the H45 waterproof?
It's IP-rated against water, dust, and drops — IP67 on the Hero and Hero 2, IP68 on the Classic. That means splash- and rinse-tough, not a dive rig. Don't submerge it on purpose, but a rained-on pocket or a drop in a puddle won't kill it.
|
| Q |
Can it do MTL and DTL?
Both. Twist the dual-slot airflow ring toward closed for a tight mouth-to-lung draw, or open it up for a looser direct-lung hit — then match your coil resistance to the style you want.
|
| Q |
Where do I get replacement pods and coils for the H45?
Replacement 4ml pods (cartridges) and GeekVape B-series coils are sold separately and fit every version in this listing — the original Aegis Hero, the H45, and the H45 Classic all share the same pod and coil range, so compatibility is easy. Grab spares alongside your kit and you're set for the long haul.

Every version ships with a charging cable and uses the same 4ml refillable pod and GeekVape B-series coils. For use by adults 21+.
