17. Good Customer Service

    First item sent to me was non functioning. I sent them an email and they promptly replaced it.

18. Better than the larger Nautilus version

    I also have the bigger Nautilus tank, and I like this Mini Nautilus Tank much better. Both versions work great when filled to the top with eJuice, but the Nautilus Mini is the only tank that continues to give consistent vape hits above AND below half tank because of its slightly smaller size; there is less air inside to create the vacuum effect.
    
    The main benefit is I get more consistent vape hits to the last drop of vape juice, but this Mini Nautilus version also costs a little less, which is always nice.
    
    Despite the newer, more advanced vape tanks, I've been using these Aspire Nautilus tanks for 5+ years because they vape perfectly, with good vapor production, the flavor tastes excellent, and the replacement coils are cheap!

19. Poor quality. Doesn’t work out of the package.

    I’ve bought several of these tanks over the past six years and never had a problem like this one. I read the reviews that the new ones are terrible quality. It’s true.
    The one I just ordered doesn’t work. ?

    I tried it with five fully charged eleaf batteries that I bought from y’all and it makes all of them read low battery and it doesn’t work! I would appreciate a replacement, thanks

22. New poor quality

    This is the 4th time I’ve used this product. The first 3 were great. This new one has issues. Ring that regulates air flow doesn’t stay in place and piece that connects to battery fell out.

24. Bootleg Tank

    Both the tank and the coils were bootleg. I have used Nautilus Mini tanks for years and these were not authentic. There were coils that didn't even have the wire mesh over the cotton. I had to use parts from one of my old tanks and an authentic coil to get the one I have opened so far to even work.
