49. Didn't Receive Them

    I didn't receive the twist caps with my order. They should be the standard with bulk bottles. The huge opening makes the product very difficult to use. I did not call to complain, but receiving 6 bulk bottles with no twist caps was extremely disappointing.

50. I also never received it, ordered it again but still again, none.

    I did not get the twist top lid that was supposed to be in my shipment as I ordered it. Makes using fluid out of the big bottles almost impossible.

    I have two of the solid black ones at home and they work great, the ones we got this time were clear and they leaked when I tried to use them, so I just went back to the other ones.
