    I received my second recent order of Uwell Original Koko's yesterday. Shipping was exceptionally fast! Many THANKS. I recently got the first order & tried the Koko's & loved them. So, I placed a second order of Koko's to share with family members. Hopefully they will be able to forego cigarettes as well. Happy Holidays...

    I received my Koko's yesterday and could not be happier! THANK YOU so much. I was thrilled to find them at your site. I recently purchased my first Uwell Calburn recommened by local vape store. They did not have the Koko and I really wanted one of those also after reading so many reviews. Shipping was very good as well. I would give a 10 rating if I could! I appreciate your service...

    I just wanted to say I got my product and I was very happy everything was brand new in the box no problems. I had read some bad reviews that kind of worried me, and I think his name was Kevin he wrote me back in a very timely manner I was wondering why the tracking was off and it took so long and he kindly explained they use United States Postal Service better known as snail mail.
    So I give them five stars and I would definitely order again. And glad you guys are working on different shipment methods and I do understand the complexity of it

32. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

    I contacted Central Vapors on their website about the defective product, but I have not gotten any response back. The KoKo Uwell Pod shows fully charged when connected to charging cable but when you try to inhale it shows it needs charging. It has been unusable from day one. I'm not very happy with this company right now & need them to contact me regarding the return/exchange of the defective product they "guaranteed". I wanted this one as a back up to the one I have been using.
