The screen on the first one I had glitched out so the unit was useless. It also leaked like crazy. The pod on my second unit was made WAY to small to stay in place so I had to hold it in place as I was vaping. Replaced the pod twice but had the same problem. Then of course there was the fact that it caught fire! My 3rd unit had EXACTLY the problem with the pods not fitting properly and leaking like crazy. Don’t was your time, aggravation, leaking juice and buying new pods! This product is GARBAGE

Smok has always been a great company when it comes to design and innovation. Unfortunately their “execution” is HORRIBLE! I am on my 3rd Nord 5 in as many years. I’m not going to bore you with a huge long review but let’s just say 3 Nord 5’s in 3 years should be an indication of just how HORRIBLE the build quality is. My next vape will be a VOOPOO Argus series. Sure it’s $10 more but if it lasts more than a year it’s worth it. Do NOT buy ANYTHING from Smok

I like most everything about this unit. The size and weight are great. The larger-than-most tank is a big plus. The fill cap does take a bit of getting used to, but it's no worse than most others. I've had lots of other vapes but I keep repurchasing this model, when I lose them.

A real Leaker-Dart version

I've used SMOK products for years and I fear changing brands. I purchased 2 of this model the leather Beige one works great, but the dart has metal all the way up to the tank and it leaks like crazy, have to keep a paper towel around it if I really need to use this one. I suggest not getting the metal dart version, but try the leather ones.

Upon receipt, felt it was too heavy for a shirt pocket due to the very large battery it contained. I was treated exceptionally well and a credit was issued. I will continue to deal with these nice people.

Switched from a Uwell Caliburn G2 after getting tired of the mouthpieces cracking along the seating divot, and the constant leaking. This is a review that's being done during the honeymoon phase, but so far I'm impressed with all the ways I can modify the device to fit to my liking. It's very sturdy and has a great battery. Love how I can switch wattage when I change flavors to get the best taste, and avoid burning my throat. Glad I purchased so far.
