The chargers dont work

Love these guys at central vapor, but this product is not up to standard. Opened two and neither one would screw into charger. They sent me two new chargers (great customer service) but they didn't work any better. I do have one old charger that works but I'm afraid if it dies, I have no way of charging. The issue is a common comment in reviews, guess I should have read them before buying.
