I recieved a defective Kanger EVOD battery.

I sent an email out about a defective Kanger EVOD battery. I am more than willing to ship it back, if you will kindly send me a shipping label. The battery inside of the casing moves around, I've been using these vape Kanger EVOD's for 5 years and have never had an issue with them. I had recieved my order a week ago, it is the yellow colored Kanger EVOD battery only that is defective.
I LOVE your E-Juice and the Kanger EVOD Starter kits. -
