These folks are the absolute worst!!

ok so the return label still never came.

it baffles me how these a$$holes can have so many sparkling reviews. they have answered NONE of the tickets i've opened. they have answered NONE of my e-mails either. great customer service. they actually managed to answer the phone once, and that was just to lie to me and pretend like they were going to rectify this. it was just a spin move. if they treat a first time customer like this, then they are utterly shameless and not to be trusted.

AVOID THESE DESPERATE ASS CLOWNS BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY!!

Ok so my order gets here, i open it and i'm like wait. they sent me the wrong mod. then i happen to look at the invoice and the mod i ordered was circled and it said "out of stock substitution" next to it.

it would have been nice to be asked what substitution i preferred, or if i even wanted a substitution as fas as that goes.

but they just shipped me whatever. anyway it's been almost a week and i'm still waiting for the return shipping label they said they were gunna ship me.

pretty shitty first impression. sucks too because i liked their juice.

kinda grimey, unless they are that hard up to make a sell.
shame on the mess!!

A battery level display IS there! My Batteries where freshly charge, it looked line a separation line. Loving it!

Saw this poster child for mods here and had to try it.
The mod works & looks great! The tank delivers excellent flavor. Very happy! Just wish it had a battery level display (If it does I haven't found it yet) Shipped quick too, Thank you!
