Freemax 904L M Coils
The M coil is the replacement mesh coil for Freemax's M Pro tank family. Both builds use FM Coiltech 4.0 with military-grade SS904L mesh and a tea-fiber cotton wick, and both thread into the tank base rather than press-fitting. Two resistances cover the tank's full power range: a single-mesh M1 and a dual-mesh M2.
- M1 single mesh, 0.15 ohm, 40-70W
- M2 dual mesh, 0.2 ohm, 60-90W
- SS904L mesh with FM Coiltech 4.0 and a tea-fiber cotton wick
- Threaded coil installation
- Sold in 3-packs

Compatible With
Freemax M Pro 3 Tank, the M Pro 2 Tank, and the original M Pro / Mesh Pro tank. Freemax also runs a separate 904L X coil line for its other current tanks - check which coil your tank shipped with before ordering.
Which Coil Should You Pick
Run the M2 if your mod comfortably holds 60W or more - the dual-mesh build is rated to 90W and is the one to pair with high-VG e-liquid. The M1 covers the lower half of the range at 40-70W, which suits a smaller single-battery mod or a lighter direct-lung draw.
Common Questions
| Q | Which M coil handles higher wattage? The M2 dual mesh, rated 60-90W. The M1 single mesh is rated 40-70W - staying inside the printed range is what keeps a coil from burning early. |
| Q | Do these fit the original Mesh Pro tank? Yes. The M coil family covers the M Pro 3, the M Pro 2, and the original M Pro / Mesh Pro tank. |
| Q | How do they install? They thread into the tank base - screw the coil in rather than pressing it into place, then fill the tank and let it sit before the first pull. |
| Q | How long does one coil last? Usually one to two weeks of regular use. Priming a new coil (wet the cotton, let the filled tank stand about ten minutes) and keeping wattage inside the printed range both stretch that out. |
