Key Specs

CE4 Clearomizer

These clearomizers also sometimes referred to as a stardust tanks or CE4 clearomizers are designed to work with any 510 threaded ecig battery and all eGo model batteries. CE4 Clearomizers are of the most widely know tanks and have been used essentially since the beginning of vaping itself.

These tanks are made from thick durable polycarbonate and completely sealed at the mouthpiece and near the bottom to prevent any leakage and feature a thick top coil with a fat long wick which ensures both vape wicks stay saturated with ejuice liquid while vaping.

These clearomizers come included with all eGo-t vape kits available from Central Vapors and are most likely also the same clearomizer tank you received if you purchased your eGo vape pen starter kit elsewhere.

Note: When screwing on the mouthpiece, only screw it finger-tight. Over-tightening can push down the clear rubber seal inside the clearomizers which can lead to leakage.

Filling Your Clearomizer tank with ejuice:

Unscrew the clearomizer tank mouthpiece. Drip or syringe 1.6ml maximum (less if refilling as wick holds some juice even when the clearo is empty) into the tank while holding it at an angle slightly off vertical. Do not fill past the 1.6ml mark and do not allow liquid to enter the hole on the center post inside the clearomizer. Once filled, screw the mouthpiece back on, being careful not to cross thread or overtighten.

  • Standard resistance (2.6-2.8 ohms) and compatible eGo-t vape pens
  • Clearomizers have an overall length of 70mm and a diameter of 14mm

Questions & Answers

QHow long should I let a new coil sit before vaping?

Central Vapors Team · Jun 27, 2026

AAbout 5–10 minutes after filling, so the cotton fully saturates — and drip a few drops onto the wicking holes first to jump-start it. Take the first few puffs at low wattage. Letting it soak is what keeps a fresh coil from tasting scorched. — Central Vapors

QNew coil already tastes burnt — how do I fix it?

Central Vapors Team · Jun 27, 2026

AIf it's burnt from the very first puff, the cotton likely got fired before it soaked. Next time: drip juice onto the wicking holes, fill, and wait about 10 minutes before vaping; keep wattage modest at first; and top up before it runs low. A coil that was dry-hit hard usually can't be recovered — fit a fresh one. — Central Vapors

QWhat is a CE4 clearomizer?

Central Vapors Team · Jun 27, 2026

AIt's a classic refillable top-coil tank (sometimes called a “stardust” tank) that's been used since the early days of vaping — simple, affordable, and 510/eGo compatible. — Central Vapors

QWhat batteries does the CE4 clearomizer work with?

Central Vapors Team · Jun 27, 2026

AIt works with any 510-threaded e-cig battery and all eGo-model batteries — one of the most widely used classic tank styles. — Central Vapors

  • Very good clearomizer

Posted by Chad on Jun 11th 2018

Each clearomizer lasts me a good week or two... sometimes longer. They work best with a high PG e-liquid. I've tried them with a high VG e-liquid and they tend to burn out faster so I recommend a good high percentage PG e-liquid and they'll last much longer. Overall very happy with this product and seller.

  • Great Price

I was paying $6. for these. I will definitely be buying more from here, such a good deal. Work great.

  • These work well

Posted by RR on Jun 5th 2018

These work well and are an excellent price for what you get. I rarely get leaking problems and the vape volume isn't bad at all. They last apprx. 7 to 10 refills before I can tell that they need to be tossed. I've been experimenting with the wickless tanks to see if I like them better, though.

So far so good. Of the 5 that I have tried, they all work. Have not had the best of luck buying these in the past.

  • Good Value

Posted by Jay Nelson on May 27th 2018

These tanks are every bit as good as the ones that come with the evo ce4. In my area, these are $5 a piece at the gas station. Excited about trying some new products of interest.

  • Good economical unit

Posted by Ray on May 26th 2018

These are good economical vape units in case your wondering I run at 3.6 volts still on first one since receiving the clearomizers. Word of caution again I don't understand why but if you over tighten the mouth piece it will start flooding I found out the hard way it just needs snugged up don't tighten heavily or it will start periodically flooding..

  • works fine

  • Clearomizor

I'm very pleased with my purchase, my order was on time and works great.

  • It's a CE4; simplicity and inexpensive

Posted by Barry Rittberg on May 11th 2018

These are as good as any other CE4 that I have used. I have been using this brand for past 5 years and use them more than other fancier tanks.
