  • Different taste different color

    So I contacted customer support. Order the same liquid 60 days apart. I still had one bottle left for comparison from the prior order. Mind you I have been ordering from this company for many years. How do they make liquids that don't even look or taste the same 60 days apart?. So I contact customer service send them a photo via email of course nobody answers the phone there anymore and they're response was oh this is what happens when you steep the liquid. The only one problem with their theory I don't put my liquids outside in the sun to steep or on counters. They go into a dark cabinet in a room that's got AC at 72° 24/7. It doesn't taste like the root beer It doesn't even smell like root beer It has more of a cough syrup cough medicine smell and taste. This isn't the first time this has happened but if it happens again it will become the last. The biggest mistake this company made was letting Raven go or if she quit good for her if she moved on to something better. Raven was the absolute best customer rep they had. When a customer gives you a visual proof there's a problem with the liquid and you blow it off you earn this one star review.

    Central Vapors somehow does it again. For four or five years now, I have ordered with no problem. For this price point, it doesn’t make sense how good this juice is. Excellent range of nicotine; the flavor is top-notch. I switch back and forth between Pappa Blue and Strawberry Cream. The former even seems to benefit from adding extra flavor without much, if any, cost to throat hit or clouds. I seriously can’t help but recommend Central Vapors to anyone with a vape in hand. It is the only place that comes close to the full package. Order some; you won’t regret it. Shipping could be faster, but I live states away and have never seen a location in the flesh. Considering that, it’s not bad. Customer service is the best I’ve ever interacted with.

    I took a star off this time - as the last two times I ordered, it took a lot longer than normal... But maybe it was just the holiday rush, but they need to mention that, to tone the expectations correctly. I know that's a lot of words, to say there were slow - but I will still come back and order again and see how it goes.
