    So Caremel Frapps are my favorite to drink and when seeing the option to get my favorite flavor I orderd it right away. now to say how something about the company and leaving a honest reveiw. So when I orderd it took me a bit to see anything as far as a Tracking number, I had to call them to Ask when my Order would be done and shipped, They assured me that I would see a tracking number in 24-48 hours however that did not happen so called again to ask the same question along with talking with the Live Chat they offer. So after that 5-6 Buisness Days later got my oder in my mailbox even tho it says I will have to sign for it the mail man did not go up to my place and ask for a signature. So now excited to try out my new flavor which I got extra flavor cause I love Caremel in a 6nic and 30/70 PG/VG which is my standard when having E-Juice when opening the package saw that everything was packed really well and even bubble wraped the bottles which was nice! I then opened a bottle to smell the juice and OMG it smelled so good!. But then now for the moment of truth cause I know that smell and taste is different so I loaded up my SMOK TFV16 with Dual Mesh coil's the juice and waited along with priming 10 mins to make sure it wicked up really well and took my first puff this was where my hopes were smashed it tasted nothing like my favorite drink it has a caremel taste but verry weak it tasted like burnt coffee but after letting the second bottle steep for about a month I tried it again it tasted better but not like I was hoping for. I feel this company has potential and can improve on there E-Juice and get flavors right and if they improve on there Order's and or Hire more staff to get them out faster rather than having a 4-6 Day delay they can be waaay better on getting stuff out fast and effeciant which will gain new customers. 1) Get better on flavors and improve upon them 2) Get better on the Tracking along with keeping future customers informed of what is going on with there orders so there is not any confusion. I have orderd a new flavor cause I do wanna give this company a chance to grow and improve and blow me away, So we will see how the new flavor comes out and Ill write a reveiw on that one!

    Usually my go to however Usps lost my package and are in no way any help. If customer is charged for shipping it would only be right and allow a carrier other than usps as they have proven to be the most unreliable and have zero accountability, customer service
