Very disappointing

My first order was “ok”. It was obvious that the product was fake but the price was very good, so we gave it a whirl. Second order, more fake product arrived and they lasted about 1-2 days a coil. Top it off, a 15.00 shipping charge was added on (my first one was free) for a package that takes maybe 5.00 tops to ship. When I reached out to customer service they said it required a signature. I order on line from my in town vape company all the time and it never requires a signature and they send juice. Sending coils at such an outrages shipping charge, a top faulty fake products was beyond disappointing. Just lost my business.
