PREMIUM VAPORESSO XROS FEATURES
Each Vaporesso XROS pod system is built with precision. The device uses Corex heating tech for even heat distribution and better flavor. Combined with a mesh pod, this technology brings out the richness of your favorite vape juice or nic salts.
The adjustable airflow slider lets you customize your draw. You can switch from a tight, cigarette-like hit to a looser, airier pull. The device also features a dual firing mechanism, giving you the option to press the button or simply inhale.
The pulse mode on models like the Vaporesso Xros Pro delivers consistent power throughout your puff. This helps enhance flavor and vapor production without burning your coil.
SIMPLE, MESS-FREE REFILLING
The XROS makes maintenance easy. Each Vaporesso XROS pod features a top-fill design. Just remove the mouthpiece to refill with your chosen juice. The pod clicks securely back into place, minimizing spills.
Thanks to its anti-leaking, anti-messing structure, the XROS is clean and travel-friendly. You can slide it into your pocket without worrying about leaks or sticky residue.
All devices are compatible with Vaporesso XROS replacement pod options, including the 0.4Ω pod and other resistances. This allows you to explore different vaping styles and nicotine levels with ease.
POWERFUL BATTERY IN A COMPACT BODY
Despite its small size, the XROS offers excellent battery performance. Most models include a high-capacity built-in battery that charges quickly with USB-C. The XROS Nano, XROS 3 Mini, and XROS Pro models are built for all-day use, so you won’t need to charge constantly.
The sturdy body feels durable in the hand. The finish is sleek and available in stylish colors like sky blue, icy silver, and navy blue. It looks as good as it performs.

VAPORESSO XROS FAQ
Below are answers to the questions we hear most about the Vaporesso XROS pod system, covering refilling, battery life, controls, replacement pods, and how the XROS 3, XROS 4, XROS 5, and XROS Pro differ. These notes are for adult vapers ages 21 and over.
How do I refill a Vaporesso XROS pod?
Vaporesso XROS pods are top-fill. Pull the mouthpiece off the top of the pod to expose the fill port, then insert your e-liquid bottle nozzle into the fill hole — not the central airflow chimney — and squeeze gently. You can refill the pod while it is still seated in the device. Avoid overfilling, snap the mouthpiece back on, and let the pod sit about five minutes so the coil primes before you vape.
How long do Vaporesso XROS pods last, and how many puffs do I get?
Pod life depends on how you use it — e-liquid type, sweetener content, how often you vape, and the pod resistance all matter — so there is no fixed puff count. As a general guide, a Vaporesso XROS pod typically lasts around one to two weeks of regular use and survives several refills, with higher-resistance pods (1.0Ω–1.2Ω) tending to last longest.
Replace the pod when you notice flavor or vapor dropping off, or a burnt taste — those are signs the coil has worn out.
How do I turn on and lock my Vaporesso XROS?
On XROS models with a fire button (XROS 3, XROS 4, XROS 5, and XROS Pro), press the fire button five times rapidly to turn the device on, and five times again to turn it off. On button models a rapid multi-click sequence on the fire button also toggles the button lock, which disables firing while leaving the five-click power on and off working.
The Mini and Nano variants, such as the Vaporesso XROS 3 Mini, are draw-activated with no fire button — they fire automatically when you inhale, so there is no five-click sequence or button to lock.
How do I adjust airflow and wattage on the XROS, including the XROS Pro?
Every modern XROS has a physical airflow slider on the back. Slide it open for a looser, restricted direct-to-lung draw with more vapor, or closed for a tighter mouth-to-lung draw with a stronger throat hit. Airflow is mechanical and separate from any power setting.
Most XROS devices use three preset power modes — Eco, Normal, and Power — rather than a numeric dial. True adjustable wattage (5–30W in 0.5W steps) is the XROS Pro's feature, and only when the 0.4Ω pod is fitted; with other pods the Pro reverts to the three preset modes.
Which replacement pods and coils fit the Vaporesso XROS?
The XROS is a closed pod system, so you replace the whole integrated mesh pod rather than a separate screw-in coil. Our replacement pods come in resistances including 0.6Ω, 0.7Ω, 0.8Ω, 1.0Ω, and 1.2Ω, all using Vaporesso's COREX mesh. The 0.6Ω pod is the lowest resistance that fits every XROS device.
The 0.4Ω pod only works on the XROS 4, XROS 4 Mini, and XROS Pro, not older models. Note that Vaporesso's GTX and GTi coils belong to other Vaporesso ranges and are not XROS pods.
What is the difference between the XROS 3, XROS 4, XROS 5, and XROS Pro?
All share the same top-fill pods, USB-C charging, and an airflow slider, but the hardware steps up across the line. The XROS 3 is the earlier, simpler button model and does not have the preset Eco, Normal, and Power modes the XROS 4 introduced. The XROS 4 (1000mAh) adds those three preset power modes. The XROS 5 (1500mAh, 3A fast charging) keeps the preset modes with a larger battery.
The XROS Pro (1200mAh) is the only one with numeric adjustable wattage, 5–30W in 0.5W steps, and only with the 0.4Ω pod — which also fits the XROS 4, but not the XROS 3.
How do I clean and reset my Vaporesso XROS?
Power the device off first. Remove the pod and wipe the connection contacts and the pod bay with a dry cotton swab or tissue to clear any e-liquid residue, then let everything air-dry before reseating the pod. Keep the airflow slider clear of debris so it moves freely.
On button models, the five-click power off and on acts as a simple reset if the device becomes unresponsive; reseating the pod and charging over USB-C also clears most connection issues.
Is the Vaporesso XROS good for nicotine salts?
The Vaporesso XROS is a refillable mouth-to-lung (MTL) pod system, and its higher-resistance pods (0.8Ω–1.2Ω) give a tighter, restricted MTL draw that pairs well with nicotine-salt e-liquids; many 50/50 nic salts work best in these higher-ohm pods.
The lower-resistance pods (0.4Ω and 0.6Ω) deliver a warmer, more open restricted direct-to-lung draw better suited to higher-VG freebase liquids. XROS pods accept both nic-salt and freebase e-liquids — the resistance you choose simply sets the draw style.
