The ones I just purchased work great. But in previous purchases after a while the battery stops recognizing the pods. It's happened on quite a few batteries.

Bought a vapor a friend recommended.
First thing it says 3-5 days, it took about two weeks to get it. A couple days after it worked just great, it stopped functioning properly. I tried to reach customer service, just to understand if I’m the one using it wrong or what not.. they needed ALL the information like order number, 4 digits of the credit card used or the day I placed the order, and such.. (who remembers that info).. anywho I don’t see why you can’t find my order if you already emailed me, you know I’m a customer. I provided my name, email, phone number, address, the product I purchased (which was first & last) & how many customers do you have using the same name (?) None. There’s no one to talk to.. feel scammed /: -

I've been enjoying this vape quite a bit. The variable wattage is very nice in such a small form factor. The battery is pretty large for this style of vape. I do notice that it runs out of battery in less than a day of vaping at 18W. I haven't had many issues with leaking so the pod design seems decent. My only complaint is that the pods are very difficult to fill. They usually leak juice out while filling up which is very annoying. The pods are also kinda expensive compared to other pods. Overall I highly recommend. The NFIX is a lot more durable than similar style vapes and is a solid choice for a portable vape.

Could not get the first one to work must have just been a defect. Requested a return for replacement and you guys came through with a shipping label and the replacement works perfectly.
