HELPFUL TIPS:
-To fill your tank, press down and twist on the top cap to unlock your tank. Fill with ejuice to the desired level, making sure not to overfill past the max level line. Also be sure to properly prime your new coils prior to first use to avoid dry hits.
-Airflow can be adjusted by twisting the ring on the top cap clockwise and counter-clockwise. Airflow will be the largest when the two signs match together.

First of all, your shipping cost is outrageous, $10 for a very small, lightweight item? Really?
Now, I find this product very easy/simple to use. It's perfect in size, shape, and functionality.
However, I own about 8-10 of these starter kits that are unusable. My problems began when the "ON/OFF" button on a few of them simply stopped working.
The next issue, the easily damaged micro-charging port, was addressed by developing a new design with a USB-C charging port. Unfortunately, it's out of stock, so I was forced to order the older style with the micro port.
Finally, the glass used as a tank in this unit is incredibly fragile. Any harder contact with a hard surface breaks it. I already have 3 units with broken glass, resulting in leaks."

Received 2 new ones and both are leaking from the glass already. So disappointed. Quality on these seem to have diminished.

These Joytech AIOs are dependable, provide a good hit, have options for coil "ohms", don't leak, and the battery lasts all day.
Just stretch a snug O-ring around the glass tank to cushion/protect when you drop them.
