GEEKVAPE Zeus Sub-Ohm Tank

The Geek Vape Zeus Sub-Ohm Tank is the latest rendition of the highly acclaimed Zeus lineage, now utilizing replaceable coil atomizers but maintaining the original structure of a top airflow control ring, and adding a bottom coil installation point to create a convenient performance sub-ohm.

The new Geek Vape Zeus Sub-Ohm Tank uses mesh coil atomizers, providing a pair of kanthal mesh coils clocking in at 0.4ohm and 0.2ohm, respectively. The Geek Vape Zeus Sub-Ohm Tank is leakproof, just like it's predecessors, relying on a top to bottom airflow control system to provide the proper airflow to rush through the internal coil structure.

At the base is a threaded coil installation point that can be unscrewed to install or replace coils in a plug 'n' play method. Refilled using a top fill system, the Geek Vape Zeus Sub-Ohm Tank reveals two large fill ports to accommodate any nozzle size from eJuice bottles. Also, the fill ports reduce the positive pressure from the tank, eliminating the possibility of leaks.

Questions & Answers

QWhy are there several coil options for the same tank, and how do I pick the right one?

Central Vapors Team · Jun 27, 2026

AThey're the same coil family in different resistances (ohms), each tuned for a different style — they all fit the same tank/pod. Lower-ohm coils (about 0.2–0.4Ω) are sub-ohm: run them at higher wattage for warm, big direct-lung clouds. Higher-ohm coils (about 0.8–1.2Ω and up) run at lower wattage for a tighter mouth-to-lung draw, cooler vapor, and longer battery life. So pick the resistance that matches the wattage and draw you like, and stay within each coil's recommended wattage range for the best flavor and coil life. Tip: confirm you're buying the exact coil family your device lists — coil names can differ between device generations. — Central Vapors

QHow do I prime a new coil or pod before I use it?

Central Vapors Team · Jun 27, 2026

ASaturate the wick first: add 3–5 drops of e-liquid onto the exposed cotton holes on the coil, install it, fill the tank/pod, then wait 5–10 minutes before your first puff. A few gentle primer puffs (device off, or at low power) help pull liquid into the wick. Always refill before it runs low. This is the #1 way to avoid a burnt taste. — Central Vapors

QMy new coil tastes burnt right away — what's wrong?

Central Vapors Team · Jun 27, 2026

AAlmost always it's an un-primed coil or too-high wattage. Before first use, prime it: put a few drops of e-liquid directly on the cotton wicking holes, fill the tank/pod, and let it sit 5–10 minutes so the cotton fully saturates. Start at the LOW end of the coil's wattage range and work up. Keep your e-liquid above the wicking ports so the coil never runs dry — dry hits are what scorch the cotton. — Central Vapors

QIs the Zeus tank leakproof and top-fill?

Central Vapors Team · Jun 27, 2026

AYes — the Zeus carries on its leakproof top-airflow design from earlier Zeus tanks, so you get strong flavor with minimal leaking. — Central Vapors

QWhat coils does the GeekVape Zeus Sub-Ohm Tank use?

Central Vapors Team · Jun 27, 2026

AIt uses GeekVape Zeus mesh coil atomizers — including 0.4Ω and 0.2Ω kanthal mesh options — installed from the bottom, with a top airflow control ring. — Central Vapors

  • Complete Fake - Verified

Posted by GY on Jan 9th 2021

I received two fake tanks. Conpared to the original everything is wrong.. the packaging box, no hologram sticker, tank is different and poorly made, coils are fake too. I have also called and verified the issue with the sales person. Asked the owner to contact me and respond with an explanation. I will update this case as it develops.

  • Possible “knock off” tank

Posted by Troy on Jan 7th 2021

Very disappointed in Central Vapors. I ordered a red Zeus tank and received what I think is a knock off. First off, the red tank was in a box for a black tank. There was no plastic wrap and no authenticity seals on the box either. The red on the tank is worn/rubbed off. The “ZEUS” etching on the tank is filled in with what looks like white out! Even when you take off the top of the tank to fill it, the internals of the tank look completely different then the other 5 Zeus tanks I have ordered from other suppliers. The internals of the tank under the cap appear to be plastic! I emailed Central Vapors and let them know all the issues I found...NEVER got a response back whatsoever! Horrible customer service and shady company. Will never do business with them again!!

  • Love Zeus Sub Ohm Tank

  • No leaks

Posted by William B. on Dec 28th 2020

I bought this tank because it was supposed to be leak proof. Other tanks leak or at least seep juice when I ride up and down mountains. Went from home around 800 ' elevation to 4900' elevation, not a drop. Hits real nice too. When it warms up I will go to higher elevations and test some more. So far so good.Only complaint is the instructions are almost non existent. They say the metal flat thing is a coil tool, but no info on how to change coils, how to fill it, or anything. I can figure it out, but come on.

  • Zeus X RTA

Posted by Andrew W. on Dec 5th 2020

Liked it so much, I literally bought a second one. This is by far my favorite tank. I picked up another from Central Vapors when I saw a good deal. Now I've got two Zeus X tanks loaded all the time.
