Batch Mixing, Steeping and Decanting
Most mixers use this bottle for a 100ml batch rather than filling all 120ml. How do I open a child-resistant unicorn bottle?
Press the cap down firmly and turn counter-clockwise at the same time. Turning alone will not do it, which is the whole idea. On the first open you are also breaking the tamper-evident seal, so it takes more force than it will afterward.

My tip will not stay on the bottle. What am I doing wrong?
The tip is not meant to snap onto the bottle neck. It presses into the underside of the cap, and the cap holds it against the bottle when you screw it down all the way. Seat the tip in the cap first, then thread the cap on fully. If a tip is genuinely missing or damaged out of the bag, contact us and we will replace the bottle.

The narrow point is deliberate, since it is what lets a 120ml bottle still fill a pod port. If you want volume instead of precision, a yorker twist-top cap pours faster, and the 250ml bottle is built for decanting rather than dispensing.
