Battery door failure In less than 2 months

Bought back in June after a month it seemed like the threads were stripped and the cover wouldn't stay on. Come to find out the design and machining is so poor that brand new it has very little thread engagement and will not even thread in without the o ring to throw it slightly off center and into the threads on one side.

I purchased this mod and it worked great for a few months then I changed the battery and it would never power up again I really like this mod but I expect it work longer

This device is a rugged BEAST of a mod. I've been using box mods for sub-ohm vaping for about 6 years now. I've owned at least a couple dozen devices over the years and there are more in the trash heap than there are on my shelf. I also own an original Aegis 100 that uses a single 26650 cell and have been waiting on its successor since 2019. This device has a smaller size and a bit lighter weight. Same rugged construction. Same simple, intuitive chipset. Same Mike Tyson punch of a hit. I've had the Aegis 100 for about 4-1/2 years and it still rocks. The new fella feels like it will still be around in 2027. I don't usually do reviews. I almost never give 5/5. This is special.

The coils last a long time. I had to change them a lot more often in my previous devices. I bought two of these last September and one is just now bad but I was also using a Juul device for a while. When I first got it I had a little trouble getting the lid off sometimes and I think I will need pliers to get the coil out when I change it. It seemed to be in there tight.
The best vape mod I Ever a Got wow !!! Love it.
