How It Works
- Submit your ID — Upload a clear photo of a valid, government-issued photo ID via our secure JotForm link.
- Manual review — A real staff member reviews your submission. We do not use automated scanners.
- Verified & deleted — Once approved, your ID is permanently deleted and your order ships.
Common Questions
Why was my card authorized before I'm verified?
Your card is authorized — not charged — when you place your order to hold your items while verification is processed. If your order is canceled for any reason, the authorization is released and no funds are collected. We do not ship any order or capture any payment until age verification is complete.
What if I submit a fake ID?
Submitting a fraudulent ID is a federal crime and a violation of our Terms of Service. Your order will be permanently canceled, your account will be banned, and the incident will be reported to the appropriate authorities. We verify every document manually — fake IDs are caught.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. All form submissions are transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption with RSA 2048-bit key exchange. Your ID is reviewed by a staff member and then permanently deleted from our systems. We are fully HIPAA-compliant and never store, sell, or share your personal information with third parties.
How long does verification take?
Most verifications are completed within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm CT). Submissions received outside business hours are processed the next business day. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is approved to ship.
I'm a parent — what can I do to prevent underage access?
Our age verification process is exactly why these laws were created. You can take additional steps at home: have open conversations about the health risks of nicotine, use parental controls on devices and browsers to restrict vaping retailer sites, and ensure any vaping products in your home are stored securely out of reach.
