If order changes need to be made after completion, please contact us by email or phone immediately. If you do not catch us by phone, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any requested changes. As long as the order has not left the facility we are happy to accommodate any changes. After packages have left our facility and are in transit, you will have to wait until delivery. At that time you may send the items back for changes, the customer will be responsible for return and reshipment shipping fees.
